Tasks pertaining to attendance.

Collection tools

  • Student ID cards
    • Select and print one individual student ID card.
    • Select and print many student ID cards.
    • Print ID cards for all active students.
    • Print ID cards for special students.
    • View/print list of students who have attended in the last year but not in the last 30 days. Use to pull the unused student ID cards to prevent clutter in the ID card storage unit.
  • Student ID labels to stick on items.
    • Select and print one student barcode label.
    • Print barcode labels for all students.
  • Student ID binder used to scan student barcodes without using their ID cards.
    • Print binder sheets.
  • Student rosters used to record attendance manually.

Review

  • Review individual attendance.
  • Review attendance using calendar.
  • Review attendance ratings. View attendance along with a rating of their attendance according to the average number of attendance credits earned per week. Use this form to check poor attendance and then contact the students with poor attendance. Ratings are as follows:
    • Excellent (Green): averaged 3 or more credits per week for the current cycle.
    • Satisfactory (Light Green): averaged 2 or more but less than 3 credits per week for the current cycle.
    • Poor (Red): averaged less than 2 credits per week for the current cycle
  • Review students attending selected events.

Attendance reports

  • View/print attendance report for current cycle.
  • View/print daily total attendance report for all ages for cycle.
  • View/print daily total attendance report for adults for cycle.
  • View/print daily total attendance report for juniors for cycle.
  • View/print daily total attendance report for cycle with student names.

No Attendance reports

  • View/print list of students with no attendance in last 10 days.
  • View/print list of students with no attendance this cycle.
  • View/print list of students with number of days since last attendance.

Send

  • Print “Missed You” postcards to send to students who have not attended class in last 14 days of last 30-day period.
  • Post cycle attendance report on Internet as a web page for student to view (attendance listed by student number only) or send it as an email attachment.
