Review
- Review individual attendance.
- Review attendance using calendar.
- Review attendance ratings. View attendance along with a rating of their attendance according to the average number of attendance credits earned per week. Use this form to check poor attendance and then contact the students with poor attendance. Ratings are as follows:
- Excellent (Green): averaged 3 or more credits per week for the current cycle.
- Satisfactory (Light Green): averaged 2 or more but less than 3 credits per week for the current cycle.
- Poor (Red): averaged less than 2 credits per week for the current cycle
- Review students attending selected events.
Attendance reports
- View/print attendance report for current cycle.
- View/print daily total attendance report for all ages for cycle.
- View/print daily total attendance report for adults for cycle.
- View/print daily total attendance report for juniors for cycle.
- View/print daily total attendance report for cycle with student names.
