  • Techniques may be either defensive or offensive or bot
  • Techniques may use:

    • Hips
    • Knees
    • Feet
    • Biting
    • Throws
    • Finger pressure against pressure points
    • Chokes (against windpipe) and strangles (against cardioids)
    • Joint locks (neck, shoulders, elbows. wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles, toes)
    • Come-alongs (forcing person to go where you wish)
    • Hold Downs (pinning person down in a way that they cannot harm you)
    • Flesh tearing with fingers (clawing, eye gouges)
    • Mutilation (ripping ears or nose)
    • Maiming (bone breaking)
    • Releases (from grabs, locks, chokes, strangles, or hold downs)
    • Falls (falling without injury)
    Techniques (offensive or defensive) may be used from:
    • From ground
    • From seated position
    • From kneeling position
    • From prone position
    Techniques may use:
    • Single techniques
    • Multiple techniques
    • Edged weapons (knife, razor)
    • Thrown weapons (objects, spear)
    • Launched weapons (slingshot, archery)
    • Bludgeoning weapons (bat, stick)
    • Killing attacks (techniques meant to kill)
