Movements
- Execute a middle hooking block to B with the left foot and then lower the left foot to B, forming a right L-stance toward B.
- Execute a high front snap kick to B with the right foot and then lower the right foot to B, forming a right walking stance toward B.
- Turn clockwise, execute a middle hooking block to A with the right foot and then lower the right foot to A, forming a left L-stance toward A.
- Execute a high front snap kick to A with the left foot and then lower the left foot to A, forming a left walking stance toward A.
- Execute a low side checking kick to D with the left foot and then lower the left foot to D, forming a left walking stance toward D.
- Execute a high front snap kick to D with the right foot and then lower the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance toward D.
- Execute a high front snap kick to D with the left foot and then lower the left foot to D, forming a left walking stance toward D.
- Execute a high front snap kick to D with the right foot and then lower the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance toward D.
- Turn counter-clockwise, execute a side rising kick to E with the left foot and then lower the left foot to E, forming a right L-stance toward E.
