Question 100: Dirty school

I went to a local karate school to train with the USA chief instructor of that organization. What I found was a very dirty dojo without any etiquette at all. In fact, after class they were all drinking beer and smoking inside the dojo! I thought the dojo/dojang was spiritual place where due honor and respect should be maintained?
