Ready Stance: High enclosed fist closed ready stance

  1. Execute left middle inner forearm block and right low outer forearm block

  2. Step right foot beside left foot into closed stance toward north, with slow left hook punch

  3. Step left foot toward North into left front stance toward north, with right high two finger eye thrust

  4. Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward north, with left high two finger eye thrust

  5. Execute right high back fist strike toward North

  6. Step left foot toward North into left front stance toward North, with left high forearm block

  7. Step right foot toward North into right front stance toward North, with right middle punch

  8. Step right foot counterclockwise toward South into left back stance toward North, with left middle guarding forearm block

  9. Execute right low front snap kick toward North while maintaining position of arms

  10.  Lower right foot toward North into right low front stance toward North, with right high spear hand (palm downward)

  11. Drop to left knee while supporting body with both hands, with right round kick toward North
