Start: Stand at X facing North

Ready Stance: Step left foot toward West into parallel ready warrior stance with left fist at right hip (thumb upward) and right flat palm in front of left fist. The hyung's ready posture signifies a sword drawn on the right side rather than on the left side, symbolizing Yu Sin’s mistake of following his king’s orders to fight with foreign forces against his own nation.

Movements

  1. Step left foot toward West into sitting stance toward North, with twin high horizontal elbow strikes to the sides, with KIAI!

  2. Hop toward East while maintaining the sitting stance, with left hook punch over right shoulder

  3. Hop toward West while maintaining the sitting stance, with right hook punch over left shoulder

  4. Perform 4, 5, 6 and 7 in a continuous motion Execute right middle hooking palm block

  5. Execute left middle punch
