  1. Step right foot backward toward South into left back stance toward North, with left middle X knife hand block, with KIAI!

  2. Execute right middle twist kick toward North while maintaining hand position

  3. Perform 3 and 4 in a fast motion. Lower right foot toward North into right front stance, with right middle punch

  4. Execute left middle punch

  5. Perform 5 and 6 in a continuous motion Step right foot toward South into left front stance, with left high forearm block

  6. Execute a left low forearm block toward North

  7. Execute high double arc hand block while looking through it

  8. Turn head toward East, raise left leg into left bending ready stance toward North-East, with left middle fist guarding block

  9. Perform 9 and 10 in a connecting motion. Lower left foot toward North-East into sitting stance toward East, with left scooping palm block
