Number of Movements: 32 Movements
32 movements represent the age at which An Joong-Gun was martyred in 1910.
Start: Stand at X facing North
Attention and Bow: As per your school's procedures
Ready Stance: High enclosed fist in closed ready stance
Move left foot toward West into left back stance, with left middle ridge hand block. Taekwondo America Version: use a cat stance instead of back stance
Execute left middle front snap kick toward West, maintaining position of hands
Lower left foot and move right foot toward West into right cat stance toward West, right upward block with right palm. Taekwondo America Version: use a back stance instead of cat stance
Move right foot counterclockwise toward East into right back stance, with right middle ridge hand block. Taekwondo America Version: use a cat stance instead of back stance
Execute right middle front snap kick toward East, maintaining position of hands
Lower left foot and move right foot toward East into left cat stance toward East, left upward block with left palm. Taekwondo America Version: use a back stance instead of cat stance
Move left foot toward North into left back stance, with left middle guarding knife hand block
Step left foot into left front stance toward North, with right upper elbow strike
Move right foot toward North into right back stance, with right middle guarding knife hand block
Step right foot into right front stance toward North, with left upper elbow strike
Step left foot toward North into left front stance, with twin high vertical punches
Step right foot toward North into right front stance, with twin middle upset punches, with KIAI!
Step right foot to left and left foot to right into left front stance toward South with X-fist rising block
Step left foot toward East into left back stance, with left high back fist
Twist left fist counterclockwise until back fist faces downward, while stepping left foot toward East into left front stance. Taekwondo America Version: instead of twisting left fist, pull it to right hip and then to left hip while stepping into left front stance
Execute high right punch toward East. Perform 15 and 16 in a quick combination.
Pull left foot back beside right foot, step right foot toward West into right back stance, with right high back fist
Twist right fist counterclockwise until back fist faces downward, while stepping right foot toward West into right front stance. Taekwondo America Version: instead of twisting right fist, pull it to left hip and then to right hip while stepping into right front stance
Execute high left punch toward West. Perform 18 and 19 in a quick combination.
Bring right foot back beside left foot, step left foot toward South into left front stance, with high braced left inner forearm block
Step left foot toward right into left back stance toward South, with left middle punch
Execute right middle side thrust kick toward South
Lower right foot into right front stance toward South, with high braced right inner forearm block
Step right foot toward left into right back stance toward South, with right middle punch
Execute left middle side thrust kick toward South
Lower the left foot into left back stance toward South, with middle guarding fist block
Step left foot toward left into left front stance toward South, with slow motion twin pressing block with left palm upward
Step right foot toward South into right back stance, with middle guarding fist block
