Continuous. normal speed with each technique flowing smoothly into the next with no pause between techniques with sharp exhale on each technique. Always starts with a block. Examples are as follows:

37 & 38 (2 low knife hand guarding blocks)
Eui-Am 5 & 6 (down x-block and high block after twist kick), 18 & 19 (down x-block and high block after twist kick)
Sam-Il 30 & 31 (inward block and punch after punch)
Yoo-Sin 16, 17, 18, & 19 (2 hook block- punch combinations)
20 & 21, 25 & 26 (low x-fist block and high x -knife hand block combinations)
Ul-Ji 2 & 3 (low x-fist block/ high x-knife hand block after twin fists)
