Attention and Bow: Stand at X facing North in attention stance with palms on sides of legs, then bow. Ready Stance: Parallel ready stance. Form fists with both hands and pull fists to the hips with palms facing upward. Step left foot out to left side, toward West, ending movement with feet parallel about 12 inches apart. As left foot hits floor, punch both fists inward toward belt knot, stopping just in front of knot. End movement with knees slightly bent and fists about three inches apart just in front of belt knot, palms backward.
1. Pivot on right foot turning body 90° left into left back stance toward West, while executing left middle double knife-hand guarding block (for protection against attack).
2. Step right foot forward toward West into right front stance, with right high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.
3. Pivoting on left foot turning body 180° right toward East stepping right foot into right back stance toward East, while executing right middle double knife-hand guarding block (for protection against attack).
4. Step left foot forward toward East into left front stance, with left high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.
5. Pivot on right foot turning body 90° left toward North stepping left foot into left front stance toward North, while executing left low inner-forearm block (to block front kick), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.
6. Step right foot forward toward North into right front stance, with right high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face as he or she backs up), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up. 7. Step left foot forward toward North into left front stance, with left high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face as he or she backs up), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up. 8. Step right foot forward toward North into right front stance, with right high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face as he or she backs up), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up, with KIAI!
9. Pivot on right foot turning 270° left stepping left foot into left back stance toward East, with left high twin inner-forearm block (to block attacker's two punches).
10. Step right foot forward toward East into right front stance, with right high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.
11. Pivot on left foot turning 180° right stepping right foot into right back stance toward West, with right high twin inner-forearm block (to block attacker's two punches).
12. Step left foot forward toward West into left front stance, with left high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up.
13. Pivot on right foot turning body 90° left stepping left foot into left front stance toward South, while executing left low inner-forearm block (to block front kick), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up. 14. Immediately snap left arm up into left high inner-forearm block (to block punch). 15. Step right foot forward into right front stance toward South, with right high inner-forearm block (to block punch), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up. 16. Step left foot forward into left front stance toward South, with left high inner-forearm block (to block punch), while pulling right fist to right hip, palm up. 17. Step right foot forward into right front stance toward South, with right high inner-forearm block (to block punch), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up, with KIAI!
18. Pivot on right foot turning body 270° left stepping left foot into left back stance toward West, with left middle outward inverted-knife-hand strike (to attacker's ribs), while pulling right fist to right hip in a fist, palm up.
19. Step right foot forward into right front stance toward West, with right high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.
20. Pivoting on left foot turning body 180° right stepping right foot into right back stance toward East, with right middle outward inverted-knife-hand strike (to attacker's ribs), while pulling left fist to left hip, palm up.
21. Step left foot forward into left front stance toward East, with left high fore-fist punch (to attacker's face), while pulling right fist to right hip in a fist, palm up.
Ready Stance: Bring left foot back toward right foot into parallel ready stance facing North. Attention and Bow: Slide left foot over to right foot into attention stance at X facing North, then bow.
